Don't get me wrong. When I was younger I was a lot more passionate than I am today. Lots more responsibility than in the past. But still, that was really embarrassing looking. Everyone has different ways to deal with it. I just can't see that being one of the options. The guy is not 9 years old.

I felt bad for him, and completely embarrassed for him too. He either needs to find direction in life or he probably should stop gambling.

I HOPE we was crying because of a huge gambling loss, that I could understand. If he didn't lose money all I can say is wow how did you react when you were 10?

I'd be less sympathetic to him if it were a gambling loss. If you're not emotionally mature enough to handle the outcomes of your wagers, you shouldn't be doing it at all.

I would think anyone with a sound mind, would have known that betting heavy on this game wasn't a good idea. This was going to be close and it seemed very obvious.

Last time I saw something like that, my brother was about 9 and OU had just completed on of those miracle comebacks against NU. He still denies it to this day. Too bad I didn't have a cell phone back then. That should teach you not to bet on football.

And tell me again...why are people not completely pummeling him? Imagine if we had just lost a game that way, and some dude next to you started wailing like that. How could you keep from punching the guy? I get as upset as the next guy when we lose, but wailing after a loss? Get help, you spineless sniveling pu**y.

This was actually an easy bet. Michigan was favored by 7. So if you had a "sound mind", as you say, then putting money on MSU would have been the sure way to go. Like I did. Even without the fluke final play, I would have won.

They all look easy on Sunday after the scores are all in. That was a game I wouldn't have touched but congrats to you on the bet.

In reading about the flak the Michigan punter is taking after that mistake, I feel really bad for that guy. I guess it's just the world we live in now and as Paul Harvey used to say "Not all we call progress is progress", I nominate social media after a tough loss as exhibit #1.

That's rough man. That video is going to be around forever. I wasn't that bad...but I will say that I'm glad a camera wasn't on me after the BYU ending...

You act as if you know how he bet, if in fact he made a bet. For all we know he bet for the win, rather than the spread.

I was thinking about throwing a small black and white tv, out of a 2 story window when we lost to miami with the scoring explosion. but then my dad would have probably threw me out of the same window, so I just grinned and beared it.

My reaction was a bit different. The best part of last saturday was that the kids were out because they would have heard some new words that I don't want them repeating in school. Well I guess that was the second best part. My woman took me out to one of my favorite restaurants to try to put me in a better mood...now kind of wondering what she would of done if I cried like that guy...might be worth trying sometime...hoping she finally allows me to upgrade to the 70 inch tv I've been eyeing.
