Portable travel friendly second monitor

battery life, durable for travel, easy to connect if battery dies, easy to connect daily

I ordered an AOC and liked the overall design and look but the one i ordered never worked. Spent hours on phone with customer service to finally have them tell me to send it back for a refund. Could have been just a bad apple out of the bunch.

Weird. I have one that plugs into a USB. No battery required. The USB chord has dual inputs in case (I assume) your laptop’s output level is limited by port. I’ve never needed it though, so I usually leave that plugged into the back of the monitor. It’s roughly 15 inches and came with a soft travel case. It’s probably 0.5 - 1inch at the thickest which includes a small kickstand.

They’re like $100 - $150 bucks. Occasionally, I’ll see them on sale and grab a couple for the office. They’re worth every penny.
