OT: Mortgage Rates went down again today...

I locked in at 3.625% then got it lowered to 3.5% on a 15 year. Wonder if I can renegotiate again today?
If your house is not upside down and you plan on staying for a few years then you might want to make a phone call or two today...
The 10 year T-bill went below 2% today for the first time ever...

I noticed you posted the Wells Fargo rates. Did you use the 3 step program for existing accounts. If so, is it really what they advertise it to be?
