My wife received a promotion so I am moving to the Alpharetta area. Does anyone have any advice for companies I should apply to or that know of any job openings? I have a MBA in Accounting.

No advice on jobs, but I'd suggest not living in Alpharetta. It's a great town, but way overpriced and the traffic is unreal. Look at something north of there on 400. The Woodstock/Canton area is awesome and better priced. Unfortunately there isn't a good way to get from 575 to 400.

Traffic in ATL is bad anywhere. Alpha is a very nice place though. Would

definitely suggest northern side near Forsyth County. Don't know what you are looking for in schools but that area has amazing public schools.

In Forsyth? Definitely. Not familiar with prices in Alpharetta. But, I would think that there are definitely good spots for under $500.

I'm in Forsyth...

Bought a 2600ft 4-2.5 two and a half years ago during the downturn for $180,000. It's valued at $250k now and there seems to be a lot around me at that price.

That's what I am seeing. TONS of value for 250-350K in Forsyth

Great schools and very nice houses/neighborhoods.
