They want equal pay for missing days to take kids to the doctor, going to school plays, never staying late, not coming in early, and pretty much treating work like a social club that revolves around chatting and going out to lunch.

The women that work like men will get pay like men.
No one is going to pay you to go 70%. I'm sure everyone here can think of at least one strong woman in their life. Chances are they've worked their *** off, have stepped on men's throats and turned their menstrual cycle from a hindrance to some form of life blood (literally).
Men set the bar to be savages and basically work themselves into rage and an early grave. But it gets results. If you can't do that, you're already behind.
