Nola resident here wondering if anyone knew of a way to contact Lt. Col. Mark Jernigan, the Director of NO Public Works, for a request. He is a State grad, Civil Engineering I believe, and I am hoping that perhaps any connection can get repairs my block moved up the list among the thousands of blocks that need assistance. The city doesn't have the money or manpower to fix it all so I want to be in those that do get fixed.
