OT: north of Kansas City

I just know they got some crazy little women there.
You'll be closer to Omaha than we've been in four years and counting.
North as in Liberty MO in the north suburbs?
North as in St Joe MO along the river an hour away?
North as in Bethany MO 90 mi away in the middle of nothing?
Funny enough, those towns are in geographic order moving away from KC and in order of appeal.
I lived in KC for a year. I really enjoyed the area. Not sure how far away you will be from KC though
Kansas City itself is fantastic; I'd certainly move there. Missouri gets weird when you get outside of KC/StL.
We drive through their every year head to SD and always top in St Joe. Seems like a nice area. More Iowa than Most to me.
The BBQ sucks

We drive through St. Joe almost every year on our way to Wyoming. Have stopped and spent the night there a couple of times. Based on our very limited experience they seem like good people. I don’t want to live in any large cities but of the ones I have visited or traveled through, Kansas City is top of the list. People seem nice however the traffic sucks like it does in all larger cities. We always go north from KC, through St. Joe, across the corner of Iowa, hang a left at Nebraska City, hang another left at Lincoln, and then just roll,until we hit Cheyenne. For anyone traveling that route on vacation, the real “Boot Hill” cemetery is a national monument and is located in Ogallala, NE. It’s worth a short stop and less than a mile from the interstate.
