When it's down in the dumps and nobody is talking about crypto. I already took my lumps and got out. Bad comparison, but crypto reminds me a lot like baseball cards. They flash up once every few years and become valuable. Then they die down again. Wait until they are dead and buy some to keep in the basement.

My opinion is that it won't turn until MicroStrategy is under pressure with their holdings. I believe their average cost is $74.5k....maybe a floor will be found below that.

It's the only dog in my portfolio and it isn't close. Down 19% vs -1.3% as my next worst total loss (if I sold today). So far me hedging my bets against the hype of this non-tangible "investment" is confirming my suspicion about crypto as an "investment" or alternative currency, or whatever else I'm supposed to believe that it is great at...

What is your total cumulative gain in crypto over the last 5 years?
