Never been to Paps but Urban Spoon is a complete scam shake down site. If you spend money advertising they will moderate your votes and reviews. If you run a great restaurant it doesn't matter, your scores will be fine. There is one particular restaurant in jxn I gave a poor review twice b/c I've been there 3 times and it's horrible every time. Never shows up. Plus I know for a fact of employees giving good review to some places and fired employees giving bad ones to others. As a rule of thumb, of it's not an urban spoon featured restaurant and still scores 90 or over it's probably really good.
