But this guy is a special kind of special: "Matsoukas was also seen climbing a tree while naked, and inserting a tree branch, a Tootsie Pop and the control handle of a DCNR John Deere crawler in his anus, officials said."
There is a lot to "unpack" here

- Does this poor sap in the tree (pun intended) have a valid defense for shoving the John Deere controller handle up his bunghole while up in a tree? Is it reasonable to ***ume that he was just trying to use the implement from a rear-mounted engine crawler to counterbalance the load he was going to drop in the bucket to keep him from falling out of the tree?
His lawyer may have a perfectly valid defense for these actions?
