My contract is up with the Communists Empire, and Ican't wait to tell them to go 17 themselves.

Verizon has cought my interest and have good rebates for new customers coming from that other ******
company.

How is service in central MS? How is service at DWS on game day and during games? What's better going with Edge plan or buying phone outright and getting regular plan? We will have 2 iPhones on whatever plan we choose.

What ya got 6 Packers?

Don't know about central Mississippi service, but it's really good at the stadium. LTE loading on my iPhone 6 is virtually instantaneous. I have a regular family plan, unlimited everything except 4G data and I like it. The Edge plan wasn't available when I first signed on with Verizon and I've just stuck with what I have. I don't know what the Edge limitations are, but I'm sure there are some.

If I'm not mistaken, the Edge plan doesn't really save you any money. It just allows you to finance the price of the phone. Gone are the days of buying a discounted phone with a 2 year contract. Phone companies have figured out how to get you to pay full price for the hardware.

While we're OTing, any advice on a MiFi device/plan? I work in rural northeast Mississippi and travel a lot. I have an unlimited AT&T data plan and don't want to lose it for tethering. DSL at the office is $40 a month and I'm thinking of replacing it with a mobile wifi device. I pretty much just check email and surf the web.

I am with Verizon but one thing to think about is that there is no technical difference between CSpire and Verizon. In the South East Verizon uses CSpire towers and in the rest of the US CSpire uses Verizon towers. So the only difference is price and the people you deal with. When my plan comes up I may take a look at CSpire since they are a southern company.

One HUGE difference between CSpire and Verizon is Internet speed, and the difference is significant. I have two phones, one which each, and I don't even bother pulling out the CSpire phone to get on the internet.

Verizon is head a shoulders above ATT in my opinion, I've had both. I just got my iPhone 6 in today. Verizon had a double your data deal during October plus I get 15% off through my wife's company. I was curious which towers C Spire used but I've had too good of service from Verizon to risk screwing it up.

I'm not sure that's 100% correct. I'm CSpire and have always heard that as well. Just got back in town from two trips in the Midwest. CSprie was worthless but bought a Verizon go phone and it had service. Sooo.. Buyer beware outside of the south.

This is so true.
This past weekend on the way to the game I could stream music from my Verizon phone, but my buddy with CSpire could barley get his page to load. And I was using a 4s and he had a 5s. Verizon is the best in Mississippi. I have had At&t, Sprint and T-mobile.
