So they're branching out and killing species of birds that aren't their mascot now?

I was thinking the same thing. How could they care for a flamingo when the eagle didn't make it?

Perhaps they should change their mascot to the Pink Flamingos.

Seems appropriate.

Another flamingo dies today as a result from this incident. He died of "heartbreak" because his mate was the one that died a few days ago. I'm not kidding.

Go look at the dudes facebook page. Looks like a winner to me.

Piece of **** human. Piece of **** fraternity.

I agree. I spent two years in University Commons and two of my roommates were pikes. Those inbreds sighted their .22 in on the wall, punched holes through the wall, rammed the barstool through the ceiling...you get the idea. Came in one day and the idiots were smoking the foam out of the couch cushions.

The guy and his "crew" look like rejects from the TV show Jersey Shore. That floral tank top is SWEET!

Actually died cause he got his *** kicked protecting his mate.

A necropsy was performed and gross internal injuries were discovered.
"We think the male attempted to defend his mate and was injured," Rick Taylor said.

Sorry you didn't get a bid. Best time of my life.

Every time I drive by that place I debate about stopping. It has to be interesting, but probably not in a good way. I'm envisioning an emaciated panther chained to a stake rather than in a cage.

if it is like the amarillo zoo, theyll have four cows, some chickens, and a dozen tiny monkeys. the monkeys would beg for cigarette butts.

I've stopped a couple times, they have some pretty cool snakes. About a 18-20ft burmese python, several rattlers, pit vipers, etc.

The wild animals portion is extremely sad. They have a very sick lion that's probably dead by now, three tigers, a couple jaguars including a panther, and a pack of wolves. Each lives in about a 10x10 to 20x20 chain link cage. Pretty 17'd up.

Yea. Call an entire group of people dumbasses because he decided to live with a couple of dope heads in college. If you're going to indirectly call me a dumbass, then I'm going to respond with something equally stupid.

It wasn't just the two I roomed with. I've been all across this country and when the topic of college comes up and I mention I had two pikes as roommates the reaction was always the same. They shook their heads and said they were sorry. I can't help it your frat has a national reputation for being some of the stupidest and douchiest people on the planet.

Wow. That seems really scientific. Looks like you really got me there. I can't imagine finding any holes in this theory.

Fraternities change from school to school. What may be a good chapter at one school could be terrible at another.
Kinda broad to say all are the "douciest".

There's a reason USM doesn't have a vet school.

Every Pike chapter in the state of Mississippi has a horrible reputation.

I thought they were pretty good when I was in school. Wasn't on probation, fun parties, had a few smart kids, few athletes. Always had a function with the Palmer Home and helped them. Wasn't all bad.
