I bought a Bosch 500 series dishwasher last year and love it. Only time I hear it is when it drains water. Other than that you have to see if the red light is shining on the floor to know it's working.

Make sure the stainless is 'fingerprint proof!'

Looks nice but can show water spots, prints, anything that touches it or comes near it!

Can be tough to keep clean.

No on Samsung Fridge. We’ve had to replace our icemakers multiple times.

Same here - the Samsung ice makers are defective and there is an outstanding lawsuit against them for it.

The fridge has been ok for 3 years but the ice maker has been a royal pain. I’ll never buy another one.

We did GE monogram for range and dishwasher and both have been good other than a hotspot on the range’s griddle.

Samsung makes the best fridge as long as it runs 15 years without problems. But they are much more expensive to get serviced than the others.

ha! I have a GE fridge.. only one thing failed in it..... the ice maker that is made by Samsung.

At least it’s easy to replace.

We read some reviews that Bosch dishwashers were noisy several years back. We bought one anyway. Quietest appliance we've ever owned. My point is be weary of on-line reviews, they can be very misleading.

I am fortunate enough to have a place to buy from that got their start selling iceboxes and Edison phonographs. Multiple generations of fathers and sons. So I am not at all worried about repairs down the line. I would just rather not need them.
