There were two girls that lived above me in an apt. with a snake about that size. That thing would lay on the window sill in the sun. Occasionally it would flop off the window sill and make a pretty big thud sound on my ceiling. One day I came home and half the PD Dept was in front of my building on big *** loose snake in the hood call. The snake made an appearance next door in the Church during the Wed. night service. I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall when that big SOB slithering down the aisle of the Church.

When I lived in Boulder, a neighbor had a HUGE

iguana. He would allow it to sun itself on the concrete step up to the front door...completely loose. He also liked to walk the damn thing up and down the street. It was mean too.

Let's see...I'd need to get a new toilet tank, spackle, and some paint. That should be enough to repair the damage in the bathroom after I unloaded my shotgun into that snake until the muscle spasms stopped.

Two things would have happened.

1. My wife would have called the kids and said "look what crawled out of your dad."

2. We would have left for a vacation and ask the daughter's new boyfriend to house sit.
