Always loved that song, and discovered about five or ten years ago that they went to Rutgers. Here's the opening of their Wiki page:

Looking Glass was an American pop music group of the early 1970s that was part of the Jersey Shore sound. Their 1972 song "Brandy" sold over a million copies. The group was formed in 1969, at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. [Here's the link to the full Wiki article.]

Irony here is I'm heading to Detroit Thursday to go to the Michigan game--Ty's video was shot in Detroit. I'm in love with the girl, so I'll probably head to the D and climb aboard, see what I can find.
