Sig, glock and Kimber fan.
Have a Kimber .45 1911 and a Glock 19 .40 for carry.
If you ever find yourself in New Hampshire they have a Sig store/training facility its definitely worth a visit.

This is what makes the 1911 .45 a better choice for me.
Although im not a guy who is comfortable with one in the chamber, the 1911 allows that with duel safeties.

Although im not a guy who is comfortable with one in the chamber, the 1911 allows that with duel safeties.

I have a Ruger Super Blackhawk .44 mag that has a plate that covers the pin unless the trigger is pulled. Totally safe.

Added. Push a few rounds down range and the feel is very different than my GLOCK 19. I get less recoil and muzzle rise with the built in compensator. Only thing I don't like is that I would need to replace the barrel and slide if I wanted to put a can on it.

Bought my wife a Sig 365 X Macro and she likes it. She's getting a Springfield Saint Victor AR 15 for Valentine's Day.

Yep. Check out the Springfield Hellcat too. I was deciding between that and the Sig I eventually bought. Very similar.

Nope, yesterday was the first time I'd picked it up. I've been hoping to get one on sale, but they just don't go on sale it seems.
