Curious if anyone has used the Sparky's Sauce in competition smoking? I've got a small event coming up and I'm looking for a sauce I know no one else will have. Thing is, I'll be doing baby back ribs..... anyone used these on ribs before???

Actually yes. JP Fenny's in Jefferson MO heard about us & I sent him some samples. They loved it, ordered it, entered 1 competition & won 1st place. Dan said it was the 1st time they have ever won. Next thing I knew he ordered 80 gallons and it turned into their #1 sauce on the menu.
Plus I've entered the World Championships at the "World Hot Awards' in Louisiana the last 2 years and they voted us the best wing sauce in the world, both times.
It's amazing what you can come up with when you drink Old Mil Light at a tailgate. I invented a wing sauce. :Cool:
Have used Sparky's alone on baby backs and also as part of "my" BBQ sauce and has always turned out great. I cook over 150 racks a year for various events and Sparky's is a part of everyone of them.
Remind me to meet up with you. I might know a guy that would be more that happy to give you some. Gopher, you've promoted my product for so long that it's the least I can do. Thanks buddy.
Your sauce is great, Sparky. Haven't made my own wings in over 6 months. Funny thing, I have plans to make them for a get together tomorrow. Go Sparky's!
