Going up to St. Louis for a bachelor party this weekend and catching a cardinals vs dodgers game.

Recommendations for restaurants and watering holes are welcomed.

Schlafly Tap Room.

Angelo's Taverna. Get the raviolis and deluxe pizza.

If you have time to kill and up early enough then take the stadium tour.

Go watch a shower show across the river and hit a hole-in-one at Gateway National Links. That's what happened on my bachelor party... #humblebrag

Mike Shannon's near the stadium is a solid choice. Ballpark village probably has some good watering holes, as well... although I haven't been up there since it was completed.

The Lumiere casino is pretty nice as well and it's about 10 or 12 blocks north of Busch Stadium, if you're looking for gambling.

ETA - If you're looking for some dessert, get a concrete a Ted Drewes. Delicious.

Johnny's in Soulard, Charlie Gitto's downtown, Zia's on The Hill, Hodak's on Gravois (Best fried chicken around), across the river in Alton to Fast Eddie's Bon Air, Mike Shannon's downtown, Crown Candy Kitchen on North 14th Street for the best homemade ice cream and candy you'll ever have (the Reuben Sandwich and the chili are excellent as well for a lunch), Pappy's BBQ on Olive by St Louis University, OConnells Pub on Shaw (best roast beef sandwich in St Louis bar none).

For the links, go across the river to Gateway National or a little further east to Stonewolf (Jack Nicklaus course) or Far Oaks (designed by 1968 Masters winner and local native Bob Goalby) in Fairview Heights. Both 20 minutes from downtown.

Go Cards!!!

Scottish Arms. my buddy is a chef there, one of the best Scotch and Whiskey bars in the nation been on a ton of different publications once you get there tho there is no uppity crowd or never too busy modest prices too. also near Busch stadium on a game day Foxsports Live for watching the game with buddies is a great place to have some brews. Fried Ravioli from Imo's Pizza

Pappys is actual garbage. Sugarfire is way better.

Not sure what kind of drinking experience you are looking for. Wash Ave and the Landing are the two go to drinking spots. I'll echo the schlafly tap room though. My favorite brewery in the world.
