Question for the pack.
Some of my wife's family from Louisiana will be coming up for the Black Crowes concert and the MSU/LSU game the following day. They are big LSU fans but they hosted us last year in Baton Rouge and showed us a hell of a good time tailgating for the LSU/MSU match up. In fact, there were as many MSU fans as LSU fans at their tailgate last year and we all had a blast. I want to show them a good time tailgating this year but I've really never done any personal tailgating rather than just walking around and mooching. I feel like with the BC concert and a good tailgate they can leave MSU impressed with our gameday atmosphere.
Any pointers? I'm assuming the Junction is out of the question, right? I hear most folks set up the night before in the junction and it's complete mayhem...plus I plan on being at the Crowes concert. Any good advice on where to set up? I would like to be able to walk to the game and not me 5 miles away from the stadium.
