It's mainly in Belhaven.
The only problem I have with it is that he does a ****** job. In a matter of days the asphalt has washed out of the hole and all we're left with is some graffiti on the street. Chane is a good guy and I appreciate his effort but he really needs to stick to printing t-shirts.

All he is doing is putting ground up asphalt in a hole...
It just washes out with the rain. Now, if he was putting hot asphalt in the holes then it would work..
