Except I was referring to an actual 1st Amendment supreme court case (Smith vs. Daily Mail) in which the supreme court unanimously decided that lawfully obtained information can be released without objection from the state. In that case, it was in regards to a minor who shot another student at a school, but the same principle would apply here as Sweeney isn't using illegal means to source the information he posts.
The point stands, however, that Elon owns Twitter and can pick and choose how to enforce/change the TOS as he sees fit. It's just interesting to me that the people that were up in arms about liberals owning Twitter can't see the double standard. This from someone who doesn't use or have a twitter account, by the way, so no real dog in the race.
And, again, I disagree with tracking flights (and the kid clearly isn't biased in who he picks as there were plenty of liberal celebrities on his tracking list) because of the risk it poses, but I'm also missing the connection that him posting flight information is the equivalent of exact coordinates (assassination style). I haven't seen evidence of that.
