If that dialogue is part of what led to an insurrection then I think that whoever was behind the decision to remove certain groups from this single social media platform, of which there are many, did the right thing.

Not only is this incorrect, it’s stupid. There were several people who were found to have firearms on them along with a variety of other weapons. A single ounce of research would show that. Disregarding this fact, having guns is not a requirement of an insurrection. An insurrection is a violent uprising against the government. I think the number of convictions has reached almost 1000 so far so it’s a little hard to keep up with everyone’s specific charges. Not like it really matters considering they’re still behind bars and it was still, by definition, an insurrection. How was it a pivot when some of the Twitter Files are specifically discussing how Twitter handled Trump’s account and the accounts of those around him after January 6th. That’s a direct correlation if you even bother to read what the Twitter Files actually discuss.
How about you all drop politics in everything and just start talking like people that randomly meet at a bar rather than being like well I’m a blank which means I feel this way about this subject.

Five people died, several more injured, almost a thousand people have been convicted, do you live in a hole? Do you have working eyeballs? I mean honesty, I get that some of you all want to stick up for your fellow Republicans even though they broke the law but damn, that’s a dumbass comment.
If the Federal Govt put as much effort into all the crimes committed by BLM towards government buildings through the summer of destruction as they did the J6 thing like 250K people would be arrested. And they burned **** down.

You all have got to stop trying to justify one crime just because another crime happened somewhere else. Over 10,000 people were arrested due to the protests surrounding George Floyd’s death. And support who exactly? Personally, I’ve never come out in support of looting stores, burning down buildings, creating havoc, etc. and I never will because it was wrong then and wrong now so you definitely shouldn’t speak on me. Also, I can only assume that when you say “these people” you mean either black people or Democrats, either way this makes you look either horribly racist or just plain dumb considering the past couple of election cycles. There is a third option where you could be talking about BLM which in that case all you are doing is looking at a minority of the group and stereotyping the whole as if everyone in BLM was out looting and burning and destroying and that would also be incorrect. That would be like saying that just because George Floyd’s killer was a cop or because Tamir Rice’s killer was a cop or because Michael Brown’s killer was a cop or because Philando Castile’s killer was a cop or because Eric Garner’s killer was a cop then that automatically means that all cops are killers, that would also be an incorrect statement.
Only one life was taken that day and she was an unarmed veteran who posed no threat to the Capitol police officer who shot her.
And since you’re unaware of how many people have been charged with insurrection - the answer is zero. To claim that it was insurrection attempt when the Senate has literally been bombed before is comical.

Some of the five had heart attacks, could those people have still had heart attacks just sitting on their couch? Maybe, but reports said that high blood pressure played a part in their attacks and when you’re in a mob trying to enter the capital, your blood pressure could be a little higher than normal. An officer had a stroke after the injuries he sustained at the Capital. Ashli Babbitt refused to listen to the officer who had a gun pointed at her saying that he was going to shoot if anyone moved any further. The mob broke through the window and she jumped through, she posed a threat to the officer. Some of y’all are so quick to back the blue until they do something that you don’t like.
And ma’am, I’m not sure if your eyes have ever gazed upon a book called a dictionary before but if one day you happen to run across one, please make your way to the section of the book that contains all of the words that start with the letter I. Then I want you to find the word insurrection and come back here and try to make the case against calling January 6th an insurrection. I will warn you, it will be a tough case to make since what happened is the literal definition of the word. Just because you all say that there weren’t guns (which there were) or because there was a worse attack on the Capital before, that doesn’t mean that this wasn’t an insurrection.

There's a clear difference if you'd even bother to do research. In 1984, Big Brother controlled every aspect of news, rewrote history, and had the Thought Police. Government agencies suggesting that Twitter take down the story about Hunter Biden's nudes or suspend Trump's account after he incited a riot are not equal comparisons. You may think they are the same situations, but once again, you'd be wrong.

You really have no self awareness. And if you think it was limited to the two examples you cite, or even if it’s limited to Twitter, you’re the one who needs more research on what has been released.

Does the government control every aspect of news? Clearly no. We have Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, and several others that cover a wide range of the political spectrum so I don't understand why you highlighted that part. You then proceed to highlight take down the story as if it some crazy thing to delete a story that features the genitals of the president's son. I know you all don't really understand the First Amendment but the Constitution does not provide you the right to see someone else naked online especially if the images were shared non-consensually.
The Twitter Files just gives some of you the "evidence" you need to prove that the government is out to get you.
It's cool. The government wasn't able to go full Big Brother so anything short of that is a "non-story" according to the boot lickers.
