I like him. He becomes a little more likeable each week. Got his priorities right.

I saw that coming. I bet he catches them in hopes of being able to cure them.

I honestly did not see that one coming, even after the swimmer in the well. Can't wait until next week.

laid down their guns because the country farmer said that's what they had to do? I was watching the early minutes while my wife was out of the room but I switched channels when this happened. When a bunch of flesh eaters are chasing my *** no way am I going to disarm because of someone else's pacifist beliefs.

and he's researching a cure. I base that on his comments last week about humanity pulling through.

I was hoping that Merel was coming back when I saw the preview last week. Hate he was just a vision. I'm ready for them to find Sophia though, that part of the plot has drug on too long. Maybe Merel found her and is hiding out.

I won't spoil it for those that have not read the books but the part with the barn was in the book and it will be interesting to see how the show handles it. Very little of the show has followed 100% by the book. Sophia never got lost, Daryl and Merlewere not even in the comics, and Shane was killed way back at the first camp outside Atlanta. I think the writers will keep Shane around for awhile though.

My thoughts too. It's people he knows. Something tells me either the zombies break out and Hershel gets eaten trying to protect them, or the barn goes up in flames.

I also agree with the Sophia thing dragging on for too long. It's starting to look like this portion of the story line is going to carry on throughout this season.

slant. Seems very anti gun. They like to show the people with guns making bad decisions. The racist redneck brother earle insinuating that he was a republican when talking to daryl. The show is pretty good, but could be better.

I tried to ignore that part because it was unnecessary. However, if ever there was a time to own a gun then it would be during a zombie apocalypse. I imagine alot of anti-gun folks would be strapping one on unless they want to be zombie chow.

I didn't see that as anti-gun. At the time I took it as Hershel didn't want another accident or he thought the noise from them shooting the zombie's would bring more due to the noise. One of Hershel's was hunting with a gun so it is not like they don't have guns. Also, they have no issue with them carrying them when they go off property. It was mentioned again last night before they took off across the field thatHershel wanted to handle anywalkers that came on the proprety. It is pretty clear now it is not anti-gun, butrather he is trying to capture them alive so he can save them(assuming that is why he is keeping in the barn).

Was Hershel's daughter one of the one's pushing not to shoot the one in the well? I think the walkers in the barn will be what finally separates Rick's group from Hershel's.
