Just a few more hours till the end of the season. Should be a great show! Any predictions? What's the ending twist gonna be for next season?

My guess
Beth
Milton
Carol

Maybe
Darryl
Alan
Tyresse's sister
Judith

I think the Governor lasts until next season and they'll have one big blowout battle.

That's messed up if they kill the baby. I'd be upset if Beth goes too. I could easily see Milton and Carol. Really don't want Daryl to go, but I could see him not caring after the whole Merle thing.

I see Allen and his son, Tyrese's sister, Milton, Carol, Herschel, and maybe Martinez.

Anyone think something may happen between Martinez and Daryl in a good way after the cigarette scene?

Here's my guesses

Glen (Hope not, but I'm fairly certain they're going to kill off him or Maggie)
Beth
Milton
Andrea
Tyreese's white friends whose names I don't care to learn

I was 100% positive Carol was a gonner in the season 2 finale, but somehow I was wrong, and she's become my favorite female character. She's become a real survivor, and they're already had her fake die once this season. I see her death as possible, but unlikely.

I don't think they'll kill Judith. As much widespread popularity as the show has gained, they probably don't want to alienate viewers by crossing that line and killing a baby (probably the same reason that the Gov hasn't raped anyone).

They would be absolute fools to kill off Daryl. Norman Reedus is the best actor in the show twice over, and because he's a non-comic character, there's no source material reason to kill him off. Also, he's the biggest fan favorite.

That's why I love this show. You literally never know who is going die. It could be anyone at any time.

If they kill Daryll off one episode after Zombie Merle I will be seriously disappointed. Him or Glen go and that would suck. Not very much charisma left in that group after those 2....and Rick.

I'm thinking Milton kills the Govenor to save Andrea. I also don't think many from the group will die. Thinking they're going to run and boobie trap the prison. Part of me thinks a twist will be seeing Lori still alive hidden in the bowels of the prison but that's a long shot.

Ben was killed by Merle last week. I forgot about Martinez. I think his days are numbered too. I think what happens tonight is the governor finds the prison abandoned and they track them to Hershel's farm. That's where the showdown happens carrying over into next season. The preview they showed on The Talking Dead is what gave me that idea.

Milton is my bet

Not sure Andrea will go out tonight.

Not the Gov., they have another season to go.

Others will likely die tonight...

I think Andrea is the one that eventually kills the governor. After he tortures her for a little while Milton frees her. Milton dies in the escape. Andrea hardened by what happened to her gets revenge and becomes the badass she is in the comics.

Gotta keep Rick, Daryl, Tyrese, and Michonne. She is badass.
Need to kill Andrea, the baby, the Gov, and Milton.

Ok, I change my prediction of the final fight being at the farm to the final fight being at Morgan's fortress of solitude. The group goes back to Rick's hometown and the governor follows.

Previews show, that they are not at the prison...so...

Everything is open.

About 2 or 3 weeks ago, on Talking Dead, they said the guy that played Morgan was not available(had another gig)...is he, or is he not?

I thought they said that they wanted to bring him back in season 2, but he was not available at that point because of another gig. I think he is available now.

I guess not. I just checked IMDb and he's only credited with 2 episodes.

He's only been in 1 so far right?

Or is that overall? I was thinking you just meant this season.

TWD Facebook page just posted 27 people are dying in the finale tonight. Looks like it would be easier to name the survivors than who will be killed tonight.

Woodbury is using little kid soldiers too though. Plus they've got a few military-style vehicles.

Really blah episode. I'm still waiting--apparently--for all the shock from that episode that stars and producers were saying were coming. Andrea dying? They made her character terrible this season, and how she was offed was just weak. And the Guv snapping and blowing away all those folks? Just really weak.

Agree completely. Just one big advertising coup for AMC

Weakest finale of the series yet, both mid-season and end season included.

Its going to be a long time until this October. For those that follow the comics how closely is the general plot of the tv series following the comics?

No idea honestly. Didn't read the comics and was late catching up on the series. I waited till 3 and caught up on Netflix

Agreed. Just a terrible, no suspense finale. This season just wasn't that good. 3 or 4 episodes were just conversational and dragged out the inevitable confrontation between the 2 factions. Then we get that crap finale? Hell, everyone was worried about losing major prison characters, they were barely in the finale! Very very weak, especially when compared to the farm finale last season.

I haven't read the comics themselves but have seen the summaries of the different issues. They seem to be moving away and writing thier own path more. Without giving much away if you want to read the comics Shane dies early while they are still in the first camp, dale and Andrea become a couple at some point so that relationship is different, the prisoners are completely different as is the prison attack etc.
