Sorry if Bismarck already gave his recipe!
My favorite is cream cheese, hot rotel, half sausage/half bacon, simple but delicious.

Its kinda like turkey on thanksgiving, rotel on Super Bowl. Straight up Velveta and Rotel Tomatoes. I know its basic but damn its good. Trying a new thing this year, went to the famous big apple inn in Jackson and got their uncooked tamales. Gotta boil them for 30 and serve. Anyway I love the classic rotel.

4 cream cheese
2 of the hot Jimmy Dean sausage
2 cans of rotel

I alsoputsome sour cream in there for a bit of a smoother consistency, and you can also throw a little queso in there as well if you are serving a crowd that likes it a bit spicier. You can switch out the hot sausagewith the sage or the regular if you are serving for people that don't like spicy things. And I usually buy the hint of lime Doritos just to add another flavor profile in there.

I use the mild sausage though and you just basically doubled how I do mine. I use scoops because plain tortilla chips won't handle the sausage well without breaking. It's very good though.

I'm making garlic cheese sausage croissants. Brown 1 lb sausage to your liking. Mix with a tube of garlic cheese that you can't hardly find anywhere anymore(My mom has some recipe to make her own now and I've got several frozen). Put a scoop in a pillsbury croisssant roll and roll it up. 2 eight packs of crossaints will be needed. Once rolled up, beat an egg and brush it across the top of all of them. Oh boy. Those things are to die for!

My wife is a great cook. But sometimes her "experiments" don't work. Not too worry. Just add Frank's and it is good.

I will eat just about anything, but it's still hard to beat plain ol' rotel. Almost everyone likes it, and it's bad ***.
