I loved season 1. I’m watching s2 now and it’s good, especially those Italian hookers, but it’s not near as good as s1. Looking forward to s3- Walter Goggins is one of my favorites.
She’s in season 2 as well. All seasons tie together so far though plenty of new characters
Agreed season1>2 by a lot. #2 was just too awkward for me w/ the 2 younger couples interaction. The other 2 story lines were good fun though, especially Stiffler's mom.
I'm liking #3 so far, with the exception of episode 3 was just a snoozer and nothing really happened. The gossippy nature of the 3 ladies is hilarious, ticking time bomb. The writers are mixing up Austin w/ Dallas for the whole "going to church and voting for Trump" thing, as there are like 5 total republicans in Austin, but whatever. Still funny to watch and is very believable.
For Walt Goggins - he has to be a hit-man right? Gotta kill somebody in Bangkok? I hadn't heard the "missing dad" theory, but maybe...
I also love how they brought back the masseuse lady from season 1 - really good character.

My only strong White Lotus opinion is anyone who skips the intro music should get sent to a reeducation camp

I literally heard it from one Reddit comment, so it’s not widespread, but I like it. The comment just said the hotel woman was the dad. I don’t think it’ll play out that way but it’s an interesting one. They mentioned the dad never being found, and the Ratliff’s brought up the ladyboy concept at dinner, which could’ve just been the Ratliffs being douchey but could’ve also been the gun on the wall for the hotel woman being a dude
I did not realize who Greg was until today.
They'd have won state back in '82 if Greg's coach would have put him in. No doubt. He could throw a pigskin a quarter mile. He'd have gone pro.

Yeah, I realized back in season 1 but love Uncle Rico as Greg. Maybe all of White Lotus exists in the Napoleon Dynamite universe, and Greg is the burnt out Uncle Rico 20 years later
