There was a parody segment on that show called the Baptist Olympics. That was the first time ever, I caught a hernia from laughing so hard.

It was funny, but the PC police would have that show off air in a millisecond if they ran about half those skits today. What I wonder about is whether the Vanilla Ice parody ("I'm white, white baby"), which I thought was hilarious, would create a stir?

Oh, and about the best thing they did for a few years was time the show so it was up against the Super Bowl halftime show.

That show does not get enough credit. Jim Carey, Tommie Davidson, Jamie Foxx, All the Wayans...

Wife and I saw Shawn Wayans at The Stress Factory back in May. It was a great show. I was a little skeptical going in, as I'd never seen him do standup. He was working out new material so the show had a couple of slower moments, but overall I thought he did great. BTW, his niece opened for him and she was awesome! They just keep rolling out those Wayans...

But yeah, back on topic, In Living Color was one of the best.

Caught a couple of old episodes a few months ago. Ridiculous how funny the show was and what a shame that it couldn't be on now. No one has the ability or desire to laugh at themselves.

8 year old thread bumped to ask a question no one knows the answer to because they're keeping it private.

That show was the best. So funny.

I saw Tommy Davidson doing stand-up once and he was very funny. The talent on that show was remarkable.

Don't forget the Fly Girl alumni (Rosie Perez choreographing & J-Lo dancing)!

Alright, I'm going down this rabbit hole too

Reminds me of the first time I ever heard Tyson speak.
He had just knocked a fighter out and a reporter ran over to him and asked about it.

Tyson said:

" I wuth twyin to bwake hith nose and dwive the bone up into hith bwain"

I thought "ok this guy is going to be interesting for a long time"

Don't know. Something about a medical emergency. I haven't seen any details, though. Will probably Google him later, as I think I saw something on TV about him speaking on it for the first time.
