I'm looking for a lender who does special financing for professionals.The typical benefits of these over a traditional lender route is minimal or no downpayment, some have no PMI even if under the 20%, other waive fees for going with a jumbo.Lots of places do special 100% loans for doctors, others like BBVA out of Birmingham do Docs, Lawyers, CPA's (which is what I am looking for). BBVA, however, doesn't lend in Louisiana. Anyone have any suggestions for something like this that lends in LA?<div>
