Tom Davis was right, imo, when he said that making the Sweet 16 is hard because the teams in the round of 32 are all good.
And I think we'd all agree that the "sweet" 16 teams were all pretty good, too.

Seeing Purdue go down in the Elite-8 and MSU down in the swee-16 certainly puts what Iowa did in YEAR ONE into perspective.

I knew Tennessee wasn't going anywhere. No real offense just chuck it up and hope for a rebound, put back. Iowa could have beaten T. Likely the only team I think we realistically would have handled in the E 8...

ISU should have never lost that game, even without Jefferson. Didn’t hustle for rebounds and couldn’t hit a free throw to save their lives even with the refs trying to help out and get them back in it.
Illinois isn't going to be, so yeah........I'm good.
Michigan ( we lost to by 3 ), crushing the Tennessee team that beat ISU by 31 points with 13:30 to go.
Can’t wait till we beat a team by 30 to go to the Final Four!!
