Jax Forrest beats Siedel 10-9. Crazy match.
I wondered how good Siedel was. It was asked and answered today. I also went back and watched their HS finals match. Siedel had him on the ropes in the finals match and today. Jax has lived on the edge against Siedel. I’ll bet they wrestle in the semifinal at Nationals. I am very much looking forward to that match.

Man bummer for frost. Probably helps out Drake a bit. puts a decent dent in iowa states trophy chances as well
He doesn’t qualify for any medical redshirt either with him wrestling 1/25/26. I’m sure it may be an injury issue but maybe not? We will see what news transpires.

Some rumors I saw on X was that he might of missed weight. Which would make some sense think he struggled with it last year as well and alot of talk of him maybe going 41 ech 49 but that would of knocked his brother out of the lineup

Yeah, that’s why I wasn’t sure for that main reason. I know he’s super big and it is extremely difficult for him to get down to weight.

For ISU, at least 1 good wrestler will be sitting out in the 141-157 range, and I’m sure it’s going to be Paniro. The Frost brothers and Anthony Ech. will probably man those 3 weights next year.

Ech will have a lot of free time after he drops his youngest child off for their first day of college.

That would be interesting wonder which would move to 57 jacob frost? think paniro probably could as well
