The bowl community sees and very much appreciates the participation by a united fan base

We got a bad rap because of the 1981 Hall of Fame Bowl which was in Birmingham and had tornados in the area that day, and it didn't draw well.

If the weather was better, I think we would have drawn better at that bowl as well.

Talk about surprising. Michigan didn't bring that many people. And Jacksonville is practically a home game for Florida.
