thank god for our <span style="text-decoration:underline">great</span> pitching this year or we would be in deep ****. Hell I feel bad for our pitchers because they have literally no room for error. So far today we had runners on 1st and 3rd nobody out and got nothing. Had runners on 2nd and 3rd with 1 out and only got one run. Then we get a lead-off double in the 6th and nothing to show for it. What's even more concerning is that we are struggling against bama and their freshman pitching.
Our complete lack of hitting is still astonishing to me.....

just saying that it amazes me we can't even hit these pitchers that Alabama is trotting out here. We haven't had a day this weekend where our bats showed up, but again that's another testament to how good our pitching has been. I guess a lot on here are surprised we are struggling hitting because an even larger number of people on here tried to argue that we were in fact a good hitting team.
...if Cohen is the hitting coach (as some here claim; I have no idea), then he needs to fire himself & hire somebody who knows what the hell they are doing.
