Can someone with more football knowledge than me tell me why quay evans doesnt play more?

Seems like every time i see him in he is blowing up the line. Given our lack of penetration, i was wondering if anyone had more insight...

While he always seems to get in the backfield, he looks lost out there assignment wise. He needs to learn the play book better and make some plays. Even when he gets into the backfield he ends up chasing the play from behind. He's a hustler, but he's just raw right now. If he figures this out, he is going to be an absolute monster for us.
