Really no difference on offense.
He would just guard the bigger player on defense.
Yeah, I get that. That is kinda how this years team operates. Just not sure who he thinks we have that are great offensive players at the 3 and, especially, the 4 next year. Brandon may not even be back and I would not classify him as a 4 or great offensively.

I think Pope would use Dix, Jasper, and OO exactly like he did with JR, Kobe and OO.
Agree we need a post scorer whether it's a four or a five.
I don't think you can win a title with two stretch 4's and a "point" center

I see Dix, Freeman or Eaglestaff, outside chance we get Ament, at the Robinson roll. From what I have seen, I like Nick Davidson at the 4 and possibly the Florida State C at 5. Of course the portal has not officially opened yet and there will be a ton from teams in the tournament who get in after their team loses.

I left Agbim off for the PG/Combo.

Just talking about having Hannes and Dix as starters. Those two look like can't miss great offensive players.
I don’t think the ink is dry on their commitment. Though, they would be good gets for sure. Check out Nick Davidson from Nevada. He looks like a nice experienced 4.

The thing about all this speculation is that there are a ton of players who haven't jumped into the portal yet that have potentially already reached out to Pope et al. What's in the portal right now is paltry compared to what could be there during the Sweet Sixteen or Final Four.

I also suspect that we don't know jack from **** at this point since Pope seems to enjoy moving in silence with his targets. Absolutely sign Dix up if he's available, but there's a lot of fish out there. Here's hoping we get at least a 13 man roster this next season. Lord knows we need it.

Can he defend? Stay in front of his man? Iowa sucked this year and we are looking hard at 2 of their guys. Winning is a habit that’s all I’ll say, if this guy is ok as the 12th option ok

Looks like Dix has already retained an agent:
