Our inability to get a big hit with runners in scoring position is killing us this weekend.

We can't expand the lead. I'm sure this is Cohen's fault as some on here will explain IF we lose.

1-0, but totally agree we haven't been able to expand any leads this weekend.

When you've got some power ona team, this isn't so much of a problem. But when you have a team like oursthat counts on walks and singles to score runs, you leave a lot of men on base. Until we get some legit power in the lineup, this is going to continue to be a problem for us.

We have been hitting the ball hard and playing well. The results of the weekend just do not show that.

Hitting has been killing us this weekend. Other than Vandy, we had been able to put some runs up on the board, but not this weekend.

We load the bases and then three guys in a row strike out- and it's our 2,3,4 hitters on Friday. That's not going to get it done.

And then whenever we squander an opportunity, Georgia has a big inning.

A lot of people don't realize it, but Wes Rea is a recruit that could have come in and given us some power right away, and we really miss him big time. But I do think we have some guys that will hit for power in time, but unfortunately, we're going to have to wait on that to develop.

Also, our seniors need to step it up at the plate.

He would have been able to do alot of different things for us. Pitch, hit for power, DH, play 1st. We really would have benefitted from having him available this year. Hopefully next year he can provide some pop in the middle of the lineup.</p>
