Donald Gray was a Brewster guy who didn't qualify, but some considered him the #1 Tennessee recruit out of high school. Academics probably kept him from getting that recognition.

And Jay Johnson has since received his 4th star on 247...not sure about this site though.
Gray was a stud coming out of high school, but how did he do in year 1 at JUCO? Anybody heard if he impressed this year?
He was planning on setting out this year last I heard. It would help him with grades and being on track to graduate next year (not sure if it's December). It's good for us because he still has 3 years eligibility.
I'll admit, those look to be some very good pickups for MSU. However, why are you worried about comparing yourselves to us??
Also, Ole Miss has 2 commits for 2015 and both are 4 stars as well. It appears both our teams have started recruiting well for next year.
So who to compare to. Alabama, Ohio State, LSU?

I've been on Dan some about too many 2 stars
but he's done a good job in so many other areas.
