in his hands is Bloodman. I like his toughness out on the floor. His handles have got much better from a year ago. I like when he and Ready are on the floor together, even though we become mighty short. I don't feel like he's a turnover waiting to happen, like all others when he has the ball.

Bloodman Ware and Johnson have developed under Ray. Based on these individuals' improvement, I am reserving judgment until end of next season on the hire.

We need to finish above .500 in league next year and make the Postseason and start to add some guys who can help. If that occurs, I'm satisfied at to where the program will be.

I don't think Ray has to finish above .500 in the league next year to get a 4th season. But he damn well needs to at least get close to it.
