I keep feeling like the narrative about our pitching is slanted a bit due to the premier guys we have. Yes, I agree that we have essentially 4 guys we feel amazing about (Decaro, Lynch, Globe, Duff) and then we have Folger and Rose who are right below that group (Folger's stats non-withstanding and I'd easily put Rose in the former group as well). I'm feel like I'm liking the rest of the guys more than others though. Think about Padgett, Matty, Chewy, and Seagraves (Honorable mention to Boston). They would have high-leverage roles for a lot of tournament teams. I know those guys have been inconsistent but they have also had some really nice stretches as well. Bottom line is it wouldn't surprise me if any of those guys gave us some positive important innings before this is all said and done. Lots of teams end up having to bring in some freshman who has 9 innings for the year in the tourney as it progresses. We aren't nearly to that level. I'm feeling good.
