is for Croom to stay the head man and us bring in capable assistants that Croom will let them operate as they wish. That ain't happening. The jury is still out on Cheese.
I don't know why, but I really want Croom to succeed. If somehow we discover a Qb we might have a chance. Or if not we just give a bunch of money to Fedora.</p>
For Croom to succeed he would have to be almost totally hands off. He would have to delegate the entire operation to his respective coaches. No involvement in system, schemes. coaching, play calling and game management. Recruit, motivate, build character or whatever. Just stay the hell away from direct involvement in game operations.
may as well pay a %%%*$!% robot to be a titular head or a puppet. He would then only have to determine if his assistants were doing a good job, and his apparent lack of good judgment indicates that he could't do that either. From his post game comments, he simply doesn't have a clue what the problem is...only says in a roundabout way that it must be HIM.. I agree.
