What this game exposed was Rutgers lacking a second consistent rebounder in addition to Cliff. When Mag got hurt we miss his rebounding almost as much as his defense. We need to get in the transfer portaL A BIG PHYSICAL REBOUNDER WHO CAN PLAY SOME DEFENSE AND SCORE OCCASIONALLY..; HYATT IS NOT THE ANSWER

All aspects of defense were lacking in this game.Hofstra had quicker players that Rutgers couldn't defend or box out for rebounds.

The newness of Hofstra helped them (Hofstra). They were quick, but I think if RU played them regularly Pike would figure out their tendencies better. This is a game where Mag would have helped a lot.

Too many wide open 3's and easy drives to the bucket.

Cliff has to snag that rebound before Hofstra tied it up. Myles Johnson would have grabbed it
Don’t want to watch it again but if I remember correctly Simpson was right there and the ball would have fell in his lap but it glanced off Cliffs hand and over Simpson. A tough break.

Rebounding struggled down the stretch but we seemed to fix that against Michigan and Purdue with team rebounding then backslid into poor rebounding again tonight
