General city mismanagement or has it become a a drug transshipment center, much like Charleston during the crack era of the mid-80's to the mid-90's?I give the Marshall boys on the Woodshed some crap about the city's slide, but it pains me to see what's become of Huntington.I just want an honest opinion besides my own postulating.
