if they trade stanton, MLB should literally take the team away from jeff loria. stanton is under team control for about 5 more years. he's 50 HR threat despite his age (23) and extreme pitcher's park. and the marlins system is pretty stacked after the fire sale last season and this offseason, so it's not like they are desperate to trade him to build a farm system. unless someone came in and gave them the godfather offer of multiple high end prospects ready for immediate MLB playing time, there's just no motivation.

Don't forget.. Whenever the Braves are good and the Marlins are terrible, you can pretty much give the Marlins about 10-12 wins against the Braves. Just the way it is.
