our pitching is just that bad, and it doesn't hurt when the team you are about to face is absolutely on fire.

We put up 28 against Auburn. Their pitching staff is only slightly better than yours, so I'll go with the under.

Also, we only put up 8 on you in the Guvnah's Cup game against your midweekers. I think we'll have one game where we blow up for a lot of runs, but I think we'll end up with a total of about 34 runs on the weekend.

has actually been hit harder than ours. I know that's unbelievable but in conference play, teams hit .324 against us, which is insane. Teams hit .352 against Auburn, which is insaner.

Be that as it may, I'll go with 33 runs on the weekend.

We are THAT bad. They will be trying to prove they deserve a national seed. They're going to beat us as bad as they want. And if I remember correctly, Bianco and Cohen don't get along at all.

if we were up 15-1 and started doing the John Cohen Lean into pitches. I think he would get a bat and try to kill Bianco.

I personally love the Cohen-Bianco rivalry. They played against each other as rivals while at LSU and MSU. They faced off as coaches while at McNeese State and Northwestern State (or some other Louisiana small schools). They coached as rivals at UK and Ole Miss, and now at MSU and Ole Miss. The old saying familiarity breed comtempt definitely fits with these two. I think it's going to be good for the Ole Miss-MSU baseball rivalry and good for both programs.

we walk so many people. I don't have Auburn's stats in front of me, but I'm just taking a guess here. It wouldn't surprise me at all if we have a worse ERA and if teams on base % is significantly higher than Auburn's.

If I was Cohen, I'd just turn it over to Burroughs and spend the weekend recruiting. His time would be much better served. [Yes, I know we've essentially filled this year's class. I'm talking juniors].

as far as walks go, even though Auburn has pitched 13 more innings. I guess I think that little of our pitchers. Oh, and thank you Nick Routt and Tyler Whitney. I don't want to know what are stats look like without them.
