No One Is Safe!! I have a Question? What is everyone's guess? Is the Opening Scene going to be the Final Scene for the Series?

I'm guessing Part 2 will be released in May since the deadline for Emmy consideration is May 31st. Just what I read.

Yeah, it’s almost as if it’s a TV show instead of real life.

This. In breaking bad and better call saul it is amazing how small a city Albuquerque, New Mexico is and how characters randomly run into each other all the time. It's not the most reallistic but breaking bad is my favorite TV series ever. Ozark has similar vibes so love it too.

While we’re at it … one of my favorite parts of Ozark is, how quickly the community (specifically law enforcement) gives up when someone is suddenly missing. I guess they get points for putting up billboards everywhere, but is anyone actually looking for the sheriff?

Also, what kind of shotgun is Darlene using? That bad boy packs a punch lol.

Love the show. Can’t wait for the final chapter.

Loved it. I think the first scene will be the last of the series.

Everyone has to die. No happy endings with this.

The only thing that irks me about the show (and I know it is a show) is how the characters go from one town to another so quickly. They go to Paducah and back in a day like it is nothing. Ozark to KC in a flash. Javy flies to Mexico and back all the time. They drive to Chicago it what seems like all daylight hours.

I get it … but the could have tried to make it a little more realistic.

Kind like in Justified, when the trip from Harlan to Lexington took bout 15 minutes

I get shows have profanity but they just throw it in when it does nothing to further the dialog. I mean Ruth is like "What the F'in F are you F'in doin? Don't you F'in know that I'm F'in working with the F'in Mexican Cartel? They will F you up you stupid F'in F.

It is only 5 hours from Branson to Paducah so a day long round trip isn't such a stretch.

I know it's mundane, but I wonder what the people that actually live in the Ozarks think of this series.

It’s mostly just Ruth, and I think when it comes to her there’s plenty of going off script in an attempt to cover up her lack of acting ability. I realize the writers are attempting to remind us she’s trailer park trash, but I think they go way overboard with it. She’s by far the least interesting character on the show, IMO.

Jonah's dumb *** is trying to get them all killed.

Not Wendy? She's picking a fight with Darlene and trying to get her kid hemmed up with law enforcement to protect his future. Those are two horrible decisions by someone using emotion instead of logic. I think she's the most dangerous one left because she's out-of-control and thinks she's smarter than she is on running a criminal operaton.

I think they both are neck and neck on the title of most danger to the family. Wendy in past seasons, but this season I think is all Jonah.

But the kid is acting out and being defiant in ways that could get them killed.

One of the stipulations from Omar on the families release from them is that Darlene stop's selling. He then joins their side, helping them lauder money which will only keep them in the business as well as giving up info to Darlene about the sheriff and their involvement.

Then he tells Ruth and volunteers all the info he has on Wyatt's killer. And we all know that if Javi is killed then the Byrd's are dead. And Ruth is certainly out for blood.

I know he's mad at Wendy for green lighting Ben's murder. But, that dude was going to get them killed as well.
