The senior guard averaged 25.5 points, including a career-best 34 points in 34 minutes in a win over Iowa State. It was a school record for most points by a WVU player coming off the bench. He then added a game-high 17 points in a road victory at Oklahoma State. Paige shot 51.3 percent in the two outings and made all nine attempts from the free throw line. The sophomore guard opened the week by scoring 15 points off the bench on 5-of-11 shooting from the field at Texas Tech. He then tallied a career-high 25 points on 6-of-13 shooting in a starting role versus No. 19 Baylor. He scored 19 points in the second half alone, as the Horned Frogs cut the deficit to single digits. Trent shot 45.8 percent from the field for the week, including 4-of-9 (.444) from 3-point range. He also made 14-of-16 (.875) from the charity stripe while adding five rebounds and five steals</p></blockquote><p></p>
