I am not sure why, but different places I have seen that Cumberland is 7 seed and Surry 8 seed. I double and triple checked the numbers and Surry was at 13.7 and Cumberland 13.5. HarpCrate has the same thing.

So if I had it wrong there I apologize, but something is amiss or has changed for that to be the case.

I see that even today (Monday) the VHSL post (see elsewhere on here) still has Cumberland in 7th and Surry in 8th. That won't mean a whole lot to us here in the Valley this week, but it would be nice if they would correct that so that everybody is on the same page. I see that MaxPreps agrees with your rankings.
