Would be shocked if Palatine hires from outside District 211. That seems to be their trend.
They haven't hired outside of the school since Petricca. I've heard of a couple of assistants internally who are interested. The brother of one of them just became the interum Head Coach at Washington State when their HC took the job at Iowa State

The current AD at Palatine is a heck of a football coach.

He took Elmwood Park, a program that has perennial struggled, and led them to their first playoff appearance in over 20 years back in 2012.

Not saying he wants the job or would even take it, but he can coach em up for sure.

Unless he was 20 when that happened I'm guessing he has no desire to get back into coaching.

He will not be taking the job. Impossible to do both at a large public school.
