The school is limited in how much they can pay, they draw very few to home games, and they havent managed to even do jack in the ACC...heck not even their division in the ACC.

Those are all reasons why that job is hardly as great as it once was.

Now it is located in the richest recruiting area in the country, so if they ever get their **** together, watch out.

Is why Mullen stays here. This is not a marquee job and if he wants to move up he would have to win 10-12 games their. Whereas he could win 7-9 here and to most that would be a pretty successful stint putting him in excellent position to be hired at a marquee program. Just my thoughts.

It is definitely a harder conference. Something one of my friends mentioned was the rise of USF and UCF has impacted somewhat the recruiting. Especially since USF is in the Big East with a BCS spot. That has to at least hurt their depth some.
