Never been there. Is there ample parking, if not surrounding neighborhood or remote lot? Perhaps they have a valet service??? Should be a great game!!

Park in the train lot on Park. Lot is two blocks from the field.
Extra stands in end zones will help with the small visitor stands. We can't put in more visitor sideline stands because they would block our view of the lake. Ha!

Take rt 38 west to Park Ave. Park north (left) to Hill. Hill east (right) to Montclair. Montclair north (left) till it dead ends in the commuter parking lot. Go west (left) towards the other end of the lot. Follow the crowd for about a five block walk. Go home the same way. Trying to take Park all the way to the lot can be a traffic nightmare

Yeah by Erie Cathredal prep but Central Catholic lost a ton to Graduation! Week zero here so not everyone was live yet. We had a scrimmage and start the season next week.
Seriously though is the field as bad as it looks on video. It's some green with mostly brown patches.
No that was a live game, teams have the option during week zero to play a live game or scrimmage. If you play a live game you have the ability to schedule a bye week during the regular season. Our league has elected not to play week zero to date.
When PIAA changed from 4 classes to 6 two years ago the WPIAL and the majority of District 3 and 11 opposed the move. Part of the resulting rules change added the week zero clause and potential for a Bye week.
I agree and have been there in person that it's a nice enough setting but it's time to Turf it for safety.

Naperville North lost 16 starters to graduation. I for one did not expect them to be a dominant top 20 team. Even with the QB transfer. No QB looks good laying on his back also it's a Big jump from 1A to 8A when it's not two hand touch 7v7. And I don't care what the Boom guys say....
He's very good, but he's also gone from drastically underrated to overrated in a matter of months.

The field is on a flood plain so the cost of site work before even getting to the turf would be over a million dollars so it's never gonna happen.
In that community they should be able to raise it in an evening. If it's in a flood plain they should be moving it.
