For the fans of Naz making the trip to Joliet. The EAST side of the stadium is the visitors side and has tons of parking and seating.

When driving east on Jefferson Street (Rt. 52) from I-55, proceed past the stadium to the first stop light, which is Infantry Drive (Thornton Gas Station on the corner). Turn right (south) and proceed to the parking lot. Very easy! If you park on the westside, you cannot access the visitors side.

Safe travels and welcome to The City of Champions!

FYI There is a big softball tournament going on at the same time. Games start at 6 warm ups at 5 so parking will be hard to find

Off topic,

One of my favorite things about naz home games was they let ppl stand on the field. Do they still do that with friday night games

The big question: where will representatives of the Joliet Ravens park....the West or East side?

You have to have a helmet, whistle or tuba to stand on the field. All others can stand around the field.

So yes the viewing policy is the same.

pjjp,

I'm trying to figure out if you're offended or scared that there are Ravens considering any other school than JCA? It's not like it's outside the 30 mile limit, and it's great for the kids to have all their options on the table, isn't it?

I'm just having fun with it. Honestly, until this year, I've never heard of the Joliet Ravens. I know the Joliet Raiders have been around for a long time.

Do they tow in that neighborhood (townhouses) east of the fields across Infantry? And is this "private, market-rate" housing?

It is private housing. Not sure if the condo association tows. There normally is a good amount of parking and ample room on the sides of Infantry Drive. There is also a Park District lot on the West side of Infantry, just North of McDonough St. FYI.
